Cancellation Policy

All appointments are pre-paid. Selecting this item blocks a period of time on my schedule. The session begins at the time selected, not when you arrive. Please plan to join on time to maximize your benefits! If you need to reschedule, 2 hours notice is required. Rescheduling with less than 2 hours notice will result in a 50% forfeit of the fee. No-shows and cancellations result in 100% forfeit of fees. If I need to cancel, I will do so as early as possible, and your fee will be refunded.
