If initiating tasks is a challenge, we talk about what's keeping you or your child from getting started. Personalized strategies are offered, and after implementing them, we evaluate their effectiveness and continue growing from there until your goals are met.

Planning & Organizing

If breaking tasks or daily life down into manageable chunks is a challenge, then we work on strategies so you know exactly what to do and when. You will get to experience the satisfaction of checking things off on your to-do or task lists!

Time Management

If completing tasks on time or arriving to a place on time is a challenge, we review habits and strategies that help you meet deadlines! We all procrastinate, but it does not need to ruin your life.
